Overview
The Section E7 Training Conference is our premier leadership development event, taking place September 26–28, 2025, at Camp Barstow. Over the course of the weekend, Arrowmen from across the section will come together to build skills, share ideas, and learn from outstanding trainers and guests from across the Southeast.
Like the National Order of the Arrow Conference, this event features an annual theme. This year, our theme is FLAME: Forging Leaders And Mentoring Excellence. Through dynamic sessions and meaningful conversations, participants will explore how to identify potential, ignite growth, and lead with purpose in their lodges and chapters.

Training Sessions
The Section Training Conference is specially designed to equip current and aspiring lodge leaders with the practical skills needed to improve their lodge and chapter program.
New this year: Each youth participant will have the opportunity to choose their own training sessions based on their leadership roles and interests. Be sure to select your preferred sessions during the registration portal!
Other Programming
On Saturday afternoon, conference participants will have the opportunity to get a sneak-peek at the quest events that will be conducted at the 2026 Cornerstone Conclave. Don’t miss out!
In the evening, participants will gather for an American Indian Pow-Wow, honoring a tradition seen at past Cornerstone Conclaves. As American Indian Activities are phased out at the section level (in accordance with National directives), you’ll want to witness the last section-led AIA program!
