The National Leadership Seminar (NLS) is a weekend conference teaching the skills and attributes of leadership. It is intended primarily to enhance the leadership skills of the Order of the Arrow’s key youth and adult members as they seek to improve their services to the Scouting America and the greater community. The weekend format is designed to complement the longer, more detailed Wood Badge and National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) Programs. Near the end of the seminar, learners make a contract with themselves to apply the skills studied in the seminar on projects in their lodge, council, and community.

Every two to three years, thousands of Arrowmen from across the nation gather for Scouting America’s premier event for members of the Order of the Arrow. The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is a week unlike any other – a place where fellowship, leadership, service, and adventure come together to create an unforgettable experience.

Whether you’re attending your first NOAC or continuing a tradition that spans generations, you’ll join Arrowmen from every corner of the country to learn, lead, serve, and celebrate what it means to live the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

The Cornerstone Conclave is Section E7’s largest annual gathering, uniting Arrowmen from all nine lodges for a weekend of learning, competition, and fellowship. Each year’s theme guides the shows, ceremonies, and events—like the 2027 theme, “Find the Greater Beauty.” Conclave features training sessions, Quest events, and an Expo that showcases lodge creativity and spirit. Whether it’s your first Conclave or your tenth, the experience strengthens brotherhood, celebrates shared traditions, and inspires continued service within the Order of the Arrow.
